I’m Ximena Pérez an individual and couples therapist, a social and cultural anthropologist, and I hold a master’s degree in sexology.
At Better Together Therapy, I support people and couples through processes of change, growth, and emotional well-being.

I offer individual therapy to those navigating transitions such as moving to a new country, starting university, or adapting to a new city. I know what it means to start from scratch — I’ve lived in four different countries and have spent over ten years living alone in Europe, far from my native Guatemala.

I understand loneliness, migration grief, and the challenges of building a new life. That’s why I offer a warm, safe therapeutic space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered as you adjust to your new environment.

I also work with couples who want to strengthen their bond, reconnect emotionally, or move through a period of conflict. I’ve developed my own therapeutic program, based on attachment theory, which I adapt to each couple’s specific dynamics and goals.

I work on communication, relationship patterns, and emotional connection, fostering a love that is healthy, deep, and lasting.

I believe love is not something you find — it’s something you build.
And it’s built with commitment, respect, communication, and mutual admiration.

Whether you’re going through a personal transition or looking to grow in your relationship, at Better Together I’m here to support you.
You don’t have to do it alone.
